For those who don't like to eat pumpkin, you can make it into noodles to eat, so that you can better absorb the nutrients of pumpkin.
Here's how I do it:
1. Prepare some yam segments, corn segments, red dates, wolfberries, ginger slices, lemon slices and green onions.
(Lemon slices are added to improve freshness, remove fishiness, and increase the content of vitamins, of course, you can also skip it.) )
2. Wash the pork ribs and cook in a pot under cold water for 2~3 minutes to bring out the oil foam. Remove and clean, drain and set aside.
(You can add two pieces of ginger to the water in which the pork ribs are boiled to effectively remove the smell.) )
3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add ginger slices and pork ribs, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
(The stir-fried pork ribs make a very fragrant soup.) )
4. After boiling, pour water and pork ribs into the casserole, put corn segments, red dates, a slice of lemon, and green onion knots into the casserole, and then turn down the heat and cook for 2 hours after boiling.
5. Taking advantage of the time of stewing, we first sliced the washed pumpkin and steamed it in the pot for 10 minutes, and then pounded it into a puree and let it cool for later use.
6. Add a spoonful of salt to the flour, add the cooled pumpkin puree, stir well, knead into a harder dough, cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
(When using pumpkin and noodles, if there is a lot of steamed pumpkin, add a small amount and add it many times, observe the humidity, and add an appropriate amount of flour.) If the pumpkin is not steamed much and the flour is too dry, you can add a little water in small amounts and knead it into a harder dough. )
After 7 or 2 hours, the ribs are almost ready, we add the yam, add an appropriate amount of salt, cover and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
After 8 or 10 minutes, add the goji berries and an appropriate amount of chicken essence, and you can turn off the heat.
(Pork rib soup is mainly a soup, and if you put too much seasoning, the taste will change, and you can't drink the original taste of the broth, so stewed pork rib soup is generally just salt and chicken essence.) )
9. After the soup is stewed, we start to press the noodles. Once the noodles are cooked, put them in a large bowl and add the stewed pork rib soup to serve.
A nutritious and delicious meal is solved in this way, not only to satisfy your cravings but also to fill your stomach, and the most important thing is that it is more nutritious! If you like it, you can try it!
