Ingredients: 300 grams of plain flour, 160 grams of water, 3 grams of yeast, 15 grams of sugar, 80 grams of crushed peanuts, 120 grams of brown sugar, 30 grams of black sesame seeds

1. Now prepare a filling, use peanuts, sesame seeds and brown sugar, mix evenly, when you are a child, you can eat all sugar, will not add other things, homemade can also add some walnuts, raisins and the like, increase the taste


2. Put the prepared flour on the cutting board, dig a small pit in the middle, add sugar, water and yeast, mix the yeast and water evenly, let it sit for a few minutes to let the yeast and sugar melt


3. Slowly mix the water and powder into a dough from the periphery of the pit, and then knead it into a smooth, moderately soft and hard dough


4. There is no need to proofing here, make and eat freshly, roll the dough into long strips, cut it into small pieces with a scraper, and divide the small circle into 11 parts


5. Stand each small section up, sprinkle some dry powder to prevent sticking, and then flatten the small section with the palm of your hand, and then roll it into a dough sheet


6. Put two spoons of the stuffing mixed well, and first glue 1/3 of the dough together, as shown in the picture


7. Divide the other side into two parts, glue the middle point first, and then pinch the two corners, the three corners must be glued firmly to prevent the filling from being exposed, and our sugar triangle embryo will be ready


8. After everything is done, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment it for 20 minutes, because it is a one-time fermentation, if you want the dough to be white and soft, this step is very important, and it must be proofed in place


9. Make water in the steamer, put the cold water of the raw embryo into the steamer, cover the lid and start the fire, start the timer after steaming, and steam for 15 minutes
