Yesterday I went to the supermarket to buy wonton wrappers, but I didn't wrap wontons, and today I made sticky and delicious breakfast fried dumplings with wonton wrappers.
Today's breakfast fried dumplings are filled with glutinous rice, chicken breast, onions, and carrots, which are very glutinous and delicious. Here's how to do it, let's share it together.
Ingredients Required:
Wonton wrapper, glutinous rice, chicken breast, onion, carrot, green onion, ginger, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil, cooking oil
1. Remove the fascia from the surface of the chicken breast, clean it and cut it into small pieces.
Onions and carrots are also washed and cut into small pieces; Chopped green onion and minced ginger are also available.
2. Wash the glutinous rice, put it in an electric pressure cooker, add water about 1 cm over the glutinous rice, press the rice button and cook.
[Because these glutinous rice of mine were not soaked in advance, I added a little more water; If it is soaked glutinous rice, the amount of water can be reduced as appropriate.
3. Remove from the pan and add oil, add the chopped chicken breast, chopped green onion and minced ginger and stir-fry until the chicken turns white.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and a little dark soy sauce (toning, if you don't like the dark color, you can also leave it out) and stir-fry evenly.
Add the chopped onion and stir-fry; Finally, add the carrots, oyster sauce, a little chicken essence and sesame oil and stir-fry evenly, then remove from the pan.
4. Pour the fried filling into the cooked glutinous rice.
Mix well
If you like spicy food, you can also add green and red peppers according to your taste and mix evenly.
5. Put the adjusted glutinous rice filling into the middle of the glutinous rice skin, smear a little water on the left and right sides (to facilitate kneading), knead the opposite side, and a fried dumpling embryo is ready
6. Preheat the electric baking pan or frying pan and brush the oil, put in the prepared fried dumplings, turn on medium-low heat, and fry until the bottom is golden brown.
Pour in a little clear water (not too much water, almost soak the bottom), cover with a lid, and fry over medium-low heat until the skin is translucent.
