(5) Put oil in the pot and boil it to 160 degrees (you can fry things when it is hot), put in the milk cake and fry for about 30 seconds until the surface is golden brown, and then remove the plate.

5. Lemon yogurt petit four

Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon milk

Method: (1.) Prepare a small cup (any kind is fine), crack the eggs into the cup, add a tablespoon of flour and stir well

(2) Put about half a tablespoon of lemon juice, just measure it yourself, add a tablespoon of milk, then add a tablespoon of yogurt, and finally add sugar or sugar substitutes.

(3) Put it in the microwave for a minute, medium heat to high heat, and you can take it out when you see the cake floating. Cover the rim of the cup with a plate, then turn it in a different direction, and you can just turn it upside down, and if you like sweet, you can also drizzle it with honey.

(The yogurt should be very thick, if you want it to be fluffy, don't put too much flour, and those that are not fluffy and made into a dough are too much flour.) After mixing all the ingredients, the cake crust is on the moist side. Also, be sure to stir well in the egg flour step. )
