Preparation of shredded cabbage
[Required ingredients]: cabbage

Step 1: Tear off the weak surface of the cabbage, then cut it along the main stem in the middle and divide it into four petals. The picture below is a fluffy cabbage, with a large gap in it and tender leaves, so it tastes better than a firm cabbage.

Step 4: Prepare the sauce in advance to make it easier. Mix one scoop of balsamic vinegar and one scoop of light soy sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 5: Heat the pot, slide the pan with oil, and stir-fry the cabbage oil for more than that, which is not only delicious, but also will not become weak when the water comes out.
Step 6: After the oil is hot, add garlic slices, dried chili peppers and dried peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant. At this step, you can turn down the heat, otherwise the dried chili peppers will easily become paste, which will affect the taste.
Step 7: Pour in the drained cabbage and stir-fry quickly over high heat. At this step, the stove at home will be turned on as much fire as it is, and the stir-fry should be fast, so that the fried cabbage will be crispy, and it will not come out of the water.
Step 8: As soon as the cabbage becomes soft, add some sugar and quickly stir-fry to improve the freshness, then add some salt and pour in the seasoned sauce, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Tips
1. The cabbage should be selected to be lighter in the same size, which will not only be crispy and crisp, but also taste very good.
2. The least common thing to fry cabbage is garlic, dried chili peppers and dried peppercorns.
3. Stir-fry quickly on high heat, add salt to taste after frying soft, the cabbage will not come out of the water, and the taste will be crisp and not weak.
