Tofu is so delicious and flavorful, the next meal is so fragrant, my children have been clamoring to eat it for the past two days

I have tofu at home, and if I do this, a pot of rice is not enough to eat, and my son has asked to eat it by name in the past two days.

The outside is charred and the inside is tender, delicious and flavorful, not to mention, it is really satisfying.

The method is simple, and I really want to eat it once I eat it.

Here's how I made it:

1. Wash the tofu and cut it into cubes.

2. Wrap each piece of tofu in a layer of cornstarch.

3. Wrap in a layer of egg wash.

4. Brush the pan with oil and add the tofu. Fry the whole process over low heat, fry until one side is golden brown, and then turn over and fry. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

5. Add an appropriate amount of minced garlic, minced green onion, sesame seeds, cumin grains, and 13 spices to a small bowl, pour boiling hot oil, and mix well. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, soybean paste, add a little water and mix well.

6. Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, like this will do.

7. Pour in the freshly prepared sauce and simmer for about 2 minutes to taste.

8. The soup is almost collected, sprinkle some chopped green onions or diced green peppers.

Tofu is so delicious and flavorful, the next meal is too fragrant, my children have been clamoring to eat it for the past two days.

It's easy to do, so try it if you like it!
