Today, I used frozen tofu to make a delicious and stomach-warming meal for my family!
Here's how I made it:
1. Take an appropriate amount of frozen tofu and add an appropriate amount of water to thaw it.
2. Dry the thawed frozen tofu and set aside.
3. Prepare some minced garlic, green onions, bay leaves, peppercorns, star anise, and chopped green onions.
4. Prepare some pork belly, here I stewed the pork belly for 30 minutes in advance. It can also be made with fresh pork belly.
5. Cut some Chinese cabbage, add an appropriate amount of water and baking soda, and soak for 5 minutes, so as to better remove the residual pesticides, and then clean and set aside.
6. Soak a handful of vermicelli in warm water.
7. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add the pork belly and stir-fry to remove the fat.
8. Add green onions, minced garlic, Sichuan pepper, star anise, and bay leaves to stir-fry until fragrant.
9. Add the Chinese cabbage and fry until soft.
10. Add an appropriate amount of water, submerge the vegetables, then add the frozen tofu, cover the lid and boil over high heat. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for another 3 minutes.
11. Add the soaked vermicelli, add an appropriate amount of bean paste, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and thirteen spices, and continue to simmer for 3 minutes.
12. Add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and stir evenly to get out of the pot.
In winter, a pot like this is delicious and warm, and friends who like it should come and make it for their families!
