Steamed abalone is simple and delicious

Rinse the abalone with clean water first

Use a small brush to carefully scrub the surrounding black film clean

Use a small knife or spoon to separate the abalone from the flat side of the shell

Remove the internal organs of the abalone and do not use it

Wash the abalone meat and shell with clean water repeatedly

Cut the tic-tac-toe knife separately

Place the abalone shells in a steaming tray first

Then put the abalone meat into the shell, add an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce (or light soy sauce), and put chopped green onion and ginger one by one

Steam in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes
