The horseshoe is made into potstickers, the bottom is golden and crispy, the dough is soft and tough, and the filling is fragrant, and the whole family rushes to eat it

Today I used the horseshoe to make a delicious potsticker for my family, the bottom surface of the potsticker is dark yellow, crispy, the dough is soft and tough, and the filling is fragrant

1. Peel and clean the horse's hooves bought.

2. Put the washed pork and water chestnuts into a meat grinder and grind them into minced meat.

3. Add an appropriate amount of minced ginger, chopped green onion, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken essence to the filling, and then beat an egg and stir well.

4. I was lazy today, I didn't make noodles, and I bought wonton wrappers to make them.

5. Put in the water chestnut filling, apply a layer of water on one side, and pinch it on both sides.

6. Brush the pan with a layer of oil, put the potstickers, fry over low heat until the bottom is golden, add an appropriate amount of starch water, and submerge 1/3 of the potstickers.

7. Cover with a lid and simmer over medium-low heat to dry the water.

8. Sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

The bottom is crispy, delicious, and especially delicious, so come and make it for your family!
