Teach you to make steamed dumplings at home, delicious and know-how, fresh and soft, nutritious and delicious, eat at ease

Why is the skin soft every time I go to a restaurant to eat steamed dumplings? Many people make their own dumplings at home, and the steamed dumplings are dry and hard, but in fact, as long as you master two skills to make steamed dumplings, they are no worse than the ones outside.

Today, I will share my method of making:

1. Take an appropriate amount of flour, mix the dough with boiling water, wait for the dough to cool down, knead it into a dough with moderate softness and hardness and let it rise for later use.

(The dumplings made by this method are not hard and strong, and they do not like to break the skin.) Cover and set aside for later use. )

2. Put the ground meat filling in the bowl, add chopped shiitake mushrooms, chopped green onions, minced ginger, beat an egg, add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, stir well and set aside.

(You can also put in your favorite seasoning)

3. Wake up the dough, knead it a few times, and knead it into long strips evenly divided into pieces for later use.

4. Roll each piece of dough into a round cake, roll it into the thickness of the dumpling skin or the thickness of the chaotic skin, put in the filling, and wrap it according to your liking.

(Personally, I think the thin skin is delicious, and I like dumplings with thin skin filling.) )

5. After all the dumplings are wrapped, put them in the steamer and brush each dumpling with a thin layer of oil to lock in the moisture.

(This is also one of the keys to the fact that the steamed dumpling skin is not hard and has a better taste.) )

6. Turn on high heat and steam for 15 minutes.

Then dip it in your favorite sauce and you're ready to eat

If you want steamed dumplings to be delicious, pay attention to two points

1. Boil water and noodles.

2. After wrapping the dumplings, brush with a thin layer of oil to lock in moisture.

Steam as soon as possible after cooking, which can better retain moisture.

My family likes to dip dumplings in their own sesame paste, children like it very much, you can try it, it tastes good~
