2 radish, 300g pork, 300g sweet potato starch, a handful of garlic sprouts, a little ginger, a little chopped green onion
Cut the radish into small cubes, pour it into boiling water, and remove the diced radish when the water boils
Drain the excess water in the radish and put it on a plate for later use;
Dice the pork, minced garlic and ginger
Pour the chopped pork, garlic sprouts and ginger into a pot and stir well
Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, oil, salt, cooking oil, and stir them well
Then add 300g of sweet potato powder and stir it well
Prepare a steaming drawer and cover with green cabbage leaves
The finished product is kneaded into a ball of appropriate size and evenly stacked on the steaming drawer
Boil the water and steam for 15 minutes, see the meatballs change color, and then you can get out of the pot
Sprinkle some chopped green onions and you're ready to go
