(If you like spicy food, you can put chili peppers and stir-fry, because there are children at home and don't eat spicy, so the green peppers I choose are round peppers.) )

6. Add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, and then you can put it on a plate and take it out of the pot.

(You can also add your favorite seasoning, there are children growing up at home, so I don't put many seasoning varieties, I'm afraid it will affect my health.) )
