Today, I used tofu skin and pork belly to make a delicious meal for my family, and I will share my method of making it below:

1. Cut the washed bean skin into wide strips, fold them in half, roll them in a roll, and tie a knot.





2. Put the washed pork belly in a pot, add your favorite ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.


3. Allow it to cool and cut it into small pieces.


4. Cook the quail eggs, peel them and set aside.
