Paired with yuba and pork belly, the yuba absorbs the gravy and not only tastes delicious, but also neutralizes the greasy feeling of the pork belly. It's really a great dish!
Here's how I do it:
1. Soak a handful of yuba in warm water in advance, and then prepare some pork belly, the pork belly I use here is stewed for 30 minutes in advance, and you can also replace it with fresh pork belly.
2. Prepare some green pepper cubes, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and shredded ginger.
3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, pour in the pork belly and stir-fry, add the green onion, shredded ginger and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Stir-fry the pork belly until browned on both sides, add the green pepper pieces and stir-fry until medium cooked.
5. Add the soaked yuba, stir-fry evenly, add a small amount of water and simmer for 1 minute.
Yuba does this, it is delicious and eats, even my children like to eat it very much, friends who like it can try it!
