Ingredients: potatoes, coriander

Ingredients: garlic, chili powder, Sichuan pepper, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce

Steps:

Step 1: First wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into thin strips, soak the shredded potatoes in cold water for a while to remove part of the starch will be more refreshing, and cut the coriander into sections for later use.

Step 2: Boil a pot of water, blanch the shredded potatoes in the pot after the water boils, and soak the shredded potatoes in cold water, so that the shredded potatoes are crispy and cool.

Step 3: Add minced garlic, chili powder, boiled pepper oil, sugar, vinegar and light soy sauce to the sauce and stir well.
