How to make gluten with loofah oil

Tips:
If you want the color of the loofah to be greener, you might as well soak it in light salted water before frying, but don't use an iron pot to fry the loofah, it will oxidize, and the color of the loofah is easy to turn black after frying, which looks like it affects appetite.
