10 fresh shiitake mushrooms, 8 cloves of garlic, 5 rice peppers (spicy) or half of green and red peppers (not spicy), coriander, cooked oil, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cumin powder, sesame oil, cooked white sesame seeds, a little chopped green onion.

Here's how

Soak fresh shiitake mushrooms in lightly salted water for a while, wash them and cut off the stems.

Buy shiitake mushrooms: the meat is thick and delicious, the edges are fresh and the stems are short.

Blanch the mushrooms, squeeze out the water in cool water, sprinkle a little salt and shake evenly into the bottom taste.

Should shiitake mushrooms be blanched? I've tried both methods, and blanching is just like in the picture, the moisture loss becomes wilted, the water is less baked, and the flavor is stronger. Don't blanch, the first picture looks like the mushrooms are relatively full, watery, and good looking, but when roasting, the flavor of the ingredients may be lost a little bit with the water flowing out of the mushrooms.

Chop the garlic, green and red cabbage peppers, and friends who like spicy peppers use millet peppers to make them more beautiful. Today I made two to satisfy the taste of different people. If you like, you can also put in the chopped onion, which has a bit of a miniature pizza flavor.

Put cooked oil in a pot and heat it, pour in chopped garlic, green and red peppers in turn, add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, add an appropriate amount of cumin powder, turn off the heat, and pour in an appropriate amount of sesame oil.

Cooked oil is the oil that has been fried, and it is particularly fragrant and has no smell of raw oil.

You can also replace cumin with black pepper, white pepper, salt and pepper, and other spices you like.

Put the shiitake mushrooms in a baking tray lined with oiled paper, put the fried ingredients into the shiitake mushrooms with a small spoon, put them in the preheated oven, and bake them at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
