Today, I use my hand to make a delicious little food twisted crisp, which can be used as a snack, delicious and satisfying! My kids love it!



Here's how I do it:

1,300 grams of flour, add 1 tablespoon of salt, blanch half with 110 ml of boiling water, half with 110 ml of cold water and noodles, and then 30 grams of cooking oil, knead into a soft dough, cover and let the dough rise.


2. Add 50 grams of cooking oil to 30 grams of flour and mix it into puff pastry for later use.


3. Peel and steam the purple sweet potato, mash it into a puree, add some sugar and water (or milk) and stir it into a sticky paste.


4. Rub a layer of oil on the cutting board, take out the awakened dough, knead it for a while, divide it evenly, take a piece of dough and roll it into a large pancake, try to be as thin as possible.



5. Evenly spread a layer of puff pastry on the cake, like a folding fan, layer by layer.



6. Pinch both ends and gently beat and stretch. Pull it up from one end, flatten the tail, press the tail underneath, and tidy it up. Cover with plastic wrap and let loose for 5 minutes.





7. Take out a piece of dough and roll it out into a large pancake, not too thin, too thin and there will be no layers. Spread purple sweet potato puree on half of the cake, fold it from one end, slightly arrange the two sides, and cut evenly into strips.





8. Then twist them slightly, coat them all into egg liquid, and sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds for decoration.



9. Put it in the oven, bake it at 170 degrees for 15 minutes, the oven temperature needs to be set according to the character of the individual oven, and observe the coloring.
