Ingredients: oil, light soy sauce, aged vinegar, salt, sugar, chili powder
Process:
1. Add a little chili powder, a spoonful of minced garlic, and a spoonful of minced green onion to a clean bowl.
2. Drizzle with hot oil.
3. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of vinegar, an appropriate amount of sugar, and a little salt, stir well and set aside.
4. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the noodles and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
5. After the noodles are removed, put them in cold water to cool.

7. Add shredded cucumber, chopped coriander and peanuts to the noodles in turn.
