Pumpkins are inexpensive, nutritious, and can be stored for a long time, so I bought a few more and went home, intending to eat them slowly!
Today, let's use small pumpkin to make pumpkin steamed custard and share it together:
~Ingredients Required~
Baby pumpkin, eggs, milk, goji berries
1. Soak the pumpkin first, sprinkle with salt, scrub it, and then rinse it with water.
2. Cut almost one-third of the pumpkin and dig out the gourd.
3. Knock two eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of milk, and stir well.
[The ratio of milk to eggs is about 1:1 or 1.5:1]
4. Pour the mixture of eggs into the processed pumpkin (about 80% full) and skim off the foam.
Add the washed goji berries again.
5. Cover the pumpkin with a small lid, put it in a pot with cold water, and steam it for another 30 minutes after the pot is steamed.
Turn off the heat and simmer for a while before removing from the pan.
