3. Prepare other ingredients when cooking porridge, this is a piece of fish fillet without thorns and skin, called Sei by Norwegians, also like cod, the meat is white, and it belongs to the cod family. I don't know what cod is called in China, but it is not real cod, and the price is cheaper than cod. 4. Slice about 200 grams of fish fillets for later use. 5. Soak the fillets in salted water for a few minutes, then wash them well, in order to wash away the blood stains and make the fish whiter.
6. Mix a bowl of juice and add 2 tablespoons of rice wine, 3 grams of minced ginger, 1 teaspoon starch, salt and pepper.
7. Put the fillets in the sauce one by one, remove and set aside.
8. Cut the celery into sections, then strips, and finally mince it.
9. After the porridge is decompressed, open the lid of the pot, start it again, pour the chia seeds into the pot and stir well.
10. Don't wait until the pan is boiling, put the fillets into the pan one by one without stirring.
11. Then sprinkle in the chopped celery.
12. Wait until the pot is slightly open, take out the inner tank and pour some oil (olive oil, sesame oil, scallion oil, pepper oil are acceptable), add salt, pepper, fresh soy sauce according to the actual situation and your own taste, sprinkle in chives, or coriander, garlic sprouts, and gently mix well to enjoy.

1. The cod is cooked when it is put into the pot, and it will be completely broken after boiling for a long time.
Therefore, when the temperature in the pot is 80-90 degrees, the fish fillets are put into the pot one by one, and the pot is slightly bubbling and then the pot is raised.
