1. 3. The cleaned radish is rubbed into silk with a silk grater, and the silk grater can be slightly thicker, because it will shrink after drying, and the radish shreds rubbed out by the silk grater are very fine and fine after drying;


4. After 5 catties of radish are rubbed into shreds, there are 2 large pots full, and the shredded radish will come out with a lot of water after wiping, without any treatment, no need to add salt to kill the water, and there is no need to blanch, directly prepare a container, and you can start drying;


5. Spread the shredded radish on the container, the radish has a lot of moisture at the beginning, if there is enough space at home, it is recommended to spread it thinner as much as possible when drying, so that it will dry faster;



6. After paving, put it directly in the sun, now our local temperature is about 12 degrees, remember to turn it over when drying, so that the front and back sides can be more evenly sun, and the drying will be faster;


7. 8.
