Ingredients (for 2 people): 1 bowl of tomato sauce, 200 grams of pureed beef, 1 zucchini, half an onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 slices of ginger, 200 grams of pasta

1. Cut the zucchini into small cubes, dice the onion, pat the garlic cloves, slice and mince the ginger.
Onions, ginger, and garlic are all needed to stir-fry beef.
Ginger is not used by foreigners very much, but in the past two years, it has gradually begun to be used, and often when using ginger, they will say Asian flavor, a bit like we use curry, let's say it is Indian, hee-hee, food, it is the same, everyone learns from each other.
The zucchini here is a side dish, and in our China, we eat more vegetables, even noodles. Foreigners eat fewer vegetables, and generally speaking, it is tomato beef sauce with pasta without vegetables.
2. Now let's fry the tomato beef sauce, first heat the pot, pour some olive oil (Italians usually use olive oil, and it is okay to use the usual vegetable oil), after it is hot, add diced onions, garlic slices and minced ginger, stir-fry twice, stir-fry until fragrant, and then pour the meat into the pot and stir-fry. As for the meat here, you can mix it with salt, soy sauce, pepper and starch according to the Chinese habit, or you can just put it in the pot.
3. Stir-fry the meat puree to make the fat, the surface is slightly burnt, which will be more fragrant, and then add salt and black pepper to taste. If you add soy sauce marinated meat puree, it is difficult to fry this burnt effect, it is a relatively smooth and tender taste, and it is also good, according to your preference.
4. Pour the tomato sauce into the pan and stir-fry evenly.
The tomato sauce here is not McDonald's tomato sauce dipped in potato strips, and there is also a ready-made tomato sauce for pasta. But the taste is not good, even if it is imported Italian goods, you can make it yourself, it is very simple.
Fresh tomatoes, add onion and garlic and stir-fry until soft, add salt, sugar, pepper, pizza seasoning, add some water, cover the pot and cook for a few minutes until pureed.
Note: Pizza dressings are available online and generally include Oregano, Basilikum, Timian, Rosmarin, Merian and Black Pepper.
5. After the tomato sauce and beef are stir-fried evenly, you can add a little water, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
6. Boil the pasta on another stove until medium-rare, a little hardcore, then control the water.
Boiled water, add a little salt to the water, drop a few drops of oil, and cook the pasta without a little water in the middle.
7. The beef and tomato sauce have been boiled, open the lid and pour the small cubes of zucchini we prepared into the pan, stir-fry and break the raw.
8. Then pour the cooked pasta into the pan and stir-fry evenly. You can also serve the pasta directly on a Western plate and pour the tomato beef sauce over the top. However, I prefer to toss the noodles and sauce together in a pan because it tastes more delicious.
9. Sprinkle a handful of basil at the end to make it more fragrant.
Okay, now we can enjoy it on a plate, and if you have that kind of parmesan, you can rub some mince on top of the pasta and it's more authentic.
Tips:
1. Beef can be replaced with pork, chicken, etc.
2. Zucchini can be replaced with other vegetables, such as bell peppers, celery, carrots, etc.
