Green skin of 2 cucumbers, 250 grams of pure milk, 20-30 grams of sugar, 40 grams of white jelly

Here's how:

Soak two cucumbers in lightly salted water for a while, clean them, peel off the skin, here only the skin of the cucumber is used, and the flesh of the cucumber can be eaten directly.

Put it in a food processor cup, pour in a carton of pure milk, beat it into cucumber milk juice, beat it several times, and try to beat it as delicately as possible.

Strain through a sieve into a small pot, add sugar and white jelly and stir well.

The amount of white sugar is added according to personal taste, and I personally feel that 20 grams is a light sweetness, and 30 grams is moderately sweet.

Stir over high heat until boiling, stir for another 1-2 minutes, and turn off the heat.

Pour immediately into the prepared container and set at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes.

Note: Immediately after turning off the heat, pour it into the mold prepared in advance, as the white jelly is easy to solidify.

The coagulated cucumber custard can be directly upside down on the cutting board, or it can be refrigerated for a while.
