Taichong acupoint: Go to the liver fire

The Taichong point is located in a depression 1.5 cm upward in the gap between the big toe and the second toe. Since it belongs to the Yin and Liver meridians of the foot and the yin, massaging this acupoint has a very good effect on the symptoms of fire caused by the exuberance of the liver.

If you put your hand on the Taichong acupoint, you will feel very painful with a little force, indicating that the liver fire is relatively strong, so you should massage this acupoint more.

Massage Techniques:

Before massaging the Taichong acupoint, soak your feet in hot water for about 10 minutes, and then use your thumb to push and rub from the bottom up for 3 minutes.

Inner Courtyard Acupoint: Remove stomach fire

The inner courtyard acupoint is the Xing acupoint of the Zuyang Ming stomach meridian. Xingxue can be said to be the nemesis of fever and fire. If you have bad breath, constipation, sore throat, toothache, bloating, spitting acid and other discomforts, you can press the inner courtyard acupoint.

Massage Techniques:

The inner acupoint is the intersection of the gap between the second and third toes, and it can be rubbed 100 times a day with your thumb every morning and evening.

Hegu Acupoint: Go to the lung fire

Hegu Cave is the best to find, what we usually call the tiger's mouth is. Hegu acupoint belongs to the large intestine meridian of Hand Yangming, and traditional Chinese medicine says that "the lungs and the large intestine are on the inside and outside".

If you have a toothache, tinnitus, red and swollen eyes, nosebleeds, headache, sore throat, constipation, fever, dry mouth, or pimples on your face that keep coming out one after another, you can press the Hegu acupoint to extinguish the fire.

Massage Techniques:

Since this acupressure point is also more convenient, there is no fixed number of times, and you can press it when you have time.
