The most "lazy" detoxification method: 2 strokes can clear the lungs and nourish the kidneys (moving picture teaching)!

The toxins deposited in the body will affect our physical health, and today I will share with you the laziest health detoxification method, which can clear the lungs and nourish the kidneys with only two tricks.
Lung-clearing breathing

Taoist doctors believe that the lungs not only have respiratory function, but also are related to people's immune and defense functions. In early spring, the lungs are expanded through appropriate breathing exercises, and the breath is declared normal and dispersed.

1
. Pranayama

To nourish your lungs, you can take more deep breaths. Stretch your arms and expand your chest as much as you can during morning exercise, then breathe. It can be done standing up, or when jogging, walking or doing exercises, to improve the circulation of qi and blood in the lungs and achieve the purpose of moistening the lungs.

(1) Lifting: Slowly bring the inhaled breath into the body and feel the warm breath from the nasal cavity.

(2) Breath-holding: Feel the small power of qi going up to the lungs, chest, and brain, sinking down to the dantian, and slowly pushing by luck.

(3) Exhale: Slowly relax the abdomen and exhale the breath from the nose and drink it out of the mouth through "relaxation".

(4) Stop breathing: After the breath in the nose is exhausted, it seems that the qi has stopped on the surface, but the qi in the body must be collected. Sink the dantian, and at the same time let the body and mind calm.

2
. Lung nourishing exercises

(1) Inhale with your head tilted: Hold the back of your head with your hands and fingers crossed, stretch your arms back, tilt your head back, and start to inhale. Expand your elbows and push your chest forward, and inhale until it is full.

(2) Bow your head and stretch your cervical spine: bend your head forward, while your elbows are pulled inward, and your elbows touch as much as possible, as if you are holding your head tightly.

(3) Repeat three times: repeat head tilting, inhalation, chest expansion; Hold your head, exhale, and tuck your elbows. Three times in total.

(4) Return to the right and close the momentum: After exhaling the last breath, raise the head and hands back and forth, and straighten the upper body.

3
. Liver-thinning exercises

(1) Draw a large circle by hand: open the left foot to the left and shoulder width apart, draw a large circle with both hands from the side of the leg outward and upward, and inhale eight points full; Put your hands together as you reach the top of your head.

(2) Hold a circle on tiptoe: Exhale, move the palms vertically down to the chest, the elbows and shoulders are horizontal, and push the palms forward as far as possible so that there is a circular space between the hands and the chest. Keep your palms together, stand on tiptoe with your feet on your toes, and inhale in with the trend.

(3) Heel tiptoeing: Lower your heel and exhale homeopathically. Repeat tiptoeing and falling a total of 8 times, and then slowly lower your palms.

(4) Draw a circle for pranayama: Move your hands down to the sides in front of you, palms forward, and draw a large circle with your hands outward and upward. When your hands reach the top of your head, palms down, fingertips facing each other, move your hands down along your chest to the sides of your thighs, exhale, retract your left foot and bring it together.
