Common manifestations of inflammation of the spleen: not wanting to eat or eating less, dull pain in the left lower abdomen, especially after eating.

The spleen in TCM does not only refer to the spleen, it also includes the pancreas in the body, so when the pancreas is inflamed, such as diabetes, it is also tender in the Diji acupoints.

Positioning of the machine hole: On the line between Yinling Spring and the high point of the inner malleolus, 3 inches below Yinling Spring.

Second: Shuiquan acupoint pain - indicating inflammation of the kidneys

The pain you feel when you press on the Shuiquan acupoint indicates that the kidneys in the body have become inflamed, and the severity of the inflammation is directly proportional to the pain of the acupuncture point.

Manifestations of inflammation in the kidneys: soreness and discomfort in the waist, weakness in urination, bifurcation, foaming, impotence in men, cervical erosion in women, etc.

Shuiquan acupoint positioning: Taixi acupoint is 1 inch straight down, the medial depression of the calcaneal tuberosity.

Third: the most painful hole - indicating that there is inflammation in the lungs


The pain at the most acupoint of the pressure hole indicates that there is inflammation of the lungs in the body, and the severity of the inflammation is directly proportional to the pain of the acupressure point.

Manifestations of lung inflammation: chest tightness, breath holding, poor breathing, coughing up purulent sputum, etc.

Fourth: Zhongdu acupoint pain - indicating liver inflammation

Yin acupoint positioning:

Stretch your elbows and raise your palms, clench your fists vigorously, feel a large tendon (flexor carpi ulnaris tendon) on the inside of your forearm, and press the soreness along the outside of this tendon from the wrist striation.
