This thousand-year-old skill can induce qi to the kidneys and make the whole body "live"!

Why do people gradually have backache and knee pain as they get older, and they feel lightheaded.

This is the symptom of "the upper reality and the lower emptiness", that is, the lack of qi and blood, and the qi and blood cannot go down to the feet.

As the saying goes, "people grow old before they grow feet". Friends who have raised green plants should know that if there is a problem with the roots of the plant, the plant will not be able to get nutrients, and it will naturally wither slowly.

But as long as the roots are not bad, the plant will not wither, and the human body is like this plant. As long as there is enough blood in our feet, the blood flow throughout the body will be normal.

How to collect qi and blood? The ancients had a super simple method - kneeling and sitting.

Kneeling is a type of meditation posture, and it is also a health guidance technique. It can not only lead blood downward, revitalize the blood of the whole body, but also nourish the liver, nourish the kidneys, and protect the stomach.

1. Cold knees and foot pain, backache, and indigestion can be practiced

"When you sit cross-legged with your legs split outward, especially your waist, which is standing forward, we can observe that the kidney meridian, liver meridian and spleen meridian are actually torn apart in some way."

Why practicing kneeling and sitting can nourish the liver and protect the kidneys is also this reason.

So how exactly should you sit?

1. Friends who have not practiced, before starting, you can move your foot joints;

2. Put a slightly softer cushion on the ground first, and then sit on the ground with your knees together and your heels together;

3. Then slowly sit on the heels to find yourself in a more comfortable state, but don't directly press the weight of the whole body on the heels;

4. Finally, slowly extend the spine upwards and place your hands naturally on your thighs.

With such a good sitting exercise, Taoist friends who have the following problems can actually practice, and spend more than ten minutes every day to regain blood to their bodies.

1. People who urinate a lot at night and can't hold their urine.

Cold bladder, in fact, is the lack of bladder firepower, a little urine can not be held, has to be discharged, and even nocturia is excessive.

Because the transpiration power is not enough, the strength of the body upward lifting is weak, so it should be strengthened.

2. People who are prone to stomach bloating, indigestion, and cold wind on the face after eating a full meal.

Kneeling relaxes the chest and back, keeps the spine in the middle of the spine, and cooperates with the breath to push the qi to sink and draw the qi to the kidneys.

3. The knees, calves and waist are prone to dull pain, and the strength of the lower focus is insufficient.

Kneeling and bending your legs can lock in qi, blood and qi to protect around the waist and abdomen, and keep the energy.

It is best to practice Vajra sitting ten minutes after meals, and you can practice it for 10~20 minutes every day. At the beginning of the exercise, the legs may be slightly numb, when you feel numb, stretch the legs and massage them, and then continue to practice.

2. Walk on your knees, drain blood and replenish the kidneys

If you can easily do the kneeling posture, then you can practice "kneeling walking" again

It is not easy to lead the qi and blood to the soles of the feet all at once, so lead to the knees first, and the knees have enough qi and blood, and it is not far from the soles of the feet.

Walking on your knees is a wonderful way to draw blood downward. Traditional Chinese medicine refers to the knee as the home of tendons, and kneeling allows qi and blood to descend to the knees, calves, and then to the soles of the feet.

Find a bed that is not too soft or walk on the carpet, and walk on your knees, and the qi and blood will flow to the knees continuously, and the knees will be fed by fresh blood, so that the cold can be dispersed, the fluid can be eliminated, and the swelling and pain can be dissolved.

When you kneel like this, you will find that the qi and blood easily run to the knees, and when you kneel and walk, your waist is also twisting, and your kidneys are also replenished.

Ventilation and blood tonify the kidneys. Especially male friends can practice repeatedly in bed, 50 to 100 steps a day, kneeling for two or three weeks, you will find that the waist is good, the legs are good, and the body is good.

For female friends who want to lose weight, they can also lose fat on their thighs, which is faster than knocking on the pulse.

But if you have a friend with knee pain, don't be in a hurry to kneel and go, first practice the Vajra sitting to see if you can adapt, and then walk when you are adapted.

3. Kneel and sit down to nourish liver qi and detoxify the liver

After practicing the first two movements, don't get up in a hurry, you can continue to practice "kneeling, sitting and leaning down".

Continue to kneel with your buttocks on your heels, sit down with your upper body on your stomach, your forehead on the ground, and your arms stretched out on both sides of your ears, in a kneeling, prostrating, and prostrating position.

Hold for 10 seconds, then put your arms back on your lower back and make a fist, supporting your body with your forehead, and repeat several times.

The so-called "tendon length of one inch, life extension of ten years". When kneeling and leaning down, the muscles of the back and neck are stretched, and the muscles and bones are nourished, which helps the liver qi to rise, relieve physical fatigue, and increase the liver's detoxification ability.

Practicing this movement more often is very good for our body.

Fourth, shake the big toe and soak the foot ten times

There are many ways to pull the tendons of the feet, but the method that is too professional is not suitable for us ordinary people, especially middle-aged and elderly people.

There is also a convenient way to operate, which is to rub the tendons at the bottom of the foot board, or knock the feet on each other, which is more convenient and affordable than soaking the feet in hot water.

When we rest after practicing kneeling and sitting, don't be idle, there is a depression on the surface of the feet, sitting and rubbing it can make the body's qi and blood go to a higher level, and it can also nourish the kidney meridian.

The place where this foot is sunken is the Yongquan point of longevity, and it is best to knead it with a certain amount of strength to touch a thicker and tighter tendon.

There is no requirement for the number of kneading, that is, the fever and the comfort of the meridians shall prevail. Push with your fingertips, rubbing, pressing, rubbing your fingers are all OK, and you can also hammer. There are still three focal meridians passing through the heel, and these have to be beaten.

Friends with less strength can also use tools to slap;

Or a rolling pin, a marker, in short, it is cylindrical, and you can use it to "poke" if you don't pierce the skin, of course, don't kill your hands, the strength should be moderate, and your own comfort shall prevail.

If you have little strength, can't find the acupuncture points, and don't have an external force to help, you just "sit and shake your toes." ”

Tapping your toes is a very~very~ simple exercise, just straighten your legs, put the heels of your feet together, and the big toes of your feet collide with each other.

The greater the angle of the tapping, the faster the better, starting with 100 per day, which can be gradually increased.
