Seven different types of pork rib soup, each with its own flavor and nutrition!


One: Corn rib soup

5. Put the yam, turn on medium heat and boil, then turn to low heat

6. Add an appropriate amount of salt after half an hour and simmer for 15 minutes until the yam pork ribs are crispy

Three: Kelp pork rib soup

1. Soak the kelp and steam it in the cage drawer for about half an hour

2. Take it out and soak it in water for four hours

3. After soaking thoroughly, wash and control the water and cut into long cubes

4. Wash the ribs, cut them along the bone with a knife, and chop them into sections

5. Boil in a pot of boiling water, remove and soak in warm water to wash

6. Add water to the net pot, add pork ribs, green onions, ginger slices, and rice wine

7. Bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes

8. Pour in the kelp pieces and boil for 10 minutes

9. Remove ginger slices and green onions, add refined salt to taste, and pour sesame oil into it

Four: Winter melon pork rib soup

1. Peel the winter melon, wash it and cut it into cubes

2. Wash the pork ribs and chop them

3. Wash and cut the green onions, wash and slice the ginger, and grind the peppercorns finely

4. Put the pork ribs into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water and boil, and remove the foam

5. Winter melon, green onion, ginger, pepper and other condiments

6. Cook until the pork ribs and winter melon are ripe, then add salt and monosodium glutamate

7. Boil one or two more boils, and finally drizzle with sesame oil

Five: Potato pork rib soup

1. Chop the ribs into small pieces, wash and drain

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, and cut the green onions into sections

3. Blanch the ribs in a pot of boiling water for five minutes, remove them and wash them with water

4. Bring the pork ribs, green onion and ginger, cooking wine and an appropriate amount of water to a boil

5. When simmering over low heat until half-cooked, add potatoes and stew until ripe

6. Add salt and monosodium glutamate to the pot

Six: Radish pork rib soup
