Ingredients: 80 grams of breakfast biscuits, 50 grams of butter, 200 grams of thick yogurt, 280 grams of light cream, 12 grams of gelatin slices, 40 grams of caster sugar
Mirror: 200 grams of purified water, 8 grams of gelatin slices, appropriate amount of dried roses, 20 grams of caster sugar
Steps:
1. Soak 12 grams of gelatin tablets in cold water to soften, about 10 minutes or more.

7. Take out the cake box and pour the mousse paste evenly into it, I divided it into three boxes. You can also use other alternative cake molds and put them in the freezer for two hours to set.
8. Pour boiling water into the dried roses and soak until the petals spread out.
9. Add 100 grams of purified water, 8 grams of gelatin slices and 20 grams of caster sugar to a small pot, heat over low heat until the gelatin slices melt and remove from the heat, pour in the remaining pure water and stir evenly to temperature.
10. Place the roses on the surface of the mousse cake, then pour in mirror water, gently pick the petals with a toothpick, and refrigerate for about three hours to set the shape.

Tips:
The whipping cream should not be too hard, but it can be flowing and sticky. Both the mousse paste and the mirror setting must be timed, otherwise the cake will fail if it is not formed.
