Color, flavor, and flavor
Prepare the ingredients:
8-12 chicken wings, 1 cola, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, ginger, sesame seeds
Steps:
1. Wash the chicken wings and make 3 lines with a knife on both sides.
2. Put an appropriate amount of cold water in the pot (no more cold water than chicken wings), put the chicken wings into a pot of cold water, add an appropriate amount of shredded ginger and two spoons of cooking wine, and boil over high heat until there is foam on the surface.
3. Skim off the foam, remove the chicken wings and wash them with cold water, drain and set aside.
Cook well, remove from cold water and rinse
4. Preheat the pan, add a little oil to brush open, fry the chicken wings in the pan over low heat, add an appropriate amount of shredded ginger (I am used to taking it away after the flavor), and fry until it is slightly yellow on both sides.
Drain the cooked chicken wings and remove them from the pan to avoid splashing oil
5. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, stir-fry evenly and color, add a coke, no more than chicken wings.
Coke is better than chicken wings
6. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 15~20 minutes.
Flip frequently to avoid sticking to the pot
7. Turn up the heat until the juice is thick, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and finally remove from the pot.
