Preparation of beef curry

Marinate the beef with light soy sauce, salt, pepper and starch for 10 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add the beef, stir-fry until the beef changes color, and then serve it out immediately. Heat the carrots and potatoes in a frying pan, stir-fry briefly, pour in curry, light soy sauce, salt, water, and cook over medium heat for 8~10 minutes until the soup is thick.

After that, add the fried beef and stir-fry it quickly, and it can be out of the pan.

Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, fry until the egg mixture is solidified, and spread the egg skin on top of the rice.

Pour the boiled curry over the rice and enjoy it.
