Method:
1. Soak the dried fungus in water for half an hour, clean it and set aside;
2. Clean the coriander, red pepper and garlic, chop the pepper and garlic, and cut the coriander into sections;
3. Put the black fungus in a pot, cook for 6 minutes, remove and set aside;
4. Pour light soy sauce and vinegar into the bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, heat the oil, add the garlic and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, and pour the hot oil into the seasoning bowl;
5. Add the seasoning to the black fungus, mix evenly, and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds.
