Noodles (whatever you like, any noodles will work)
Slices of fresh meat
1. [Side dishes and seasonings]: fresh shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, bean sprouts, seaweed, carrot slices, ginger slices, salt, cooking oil
Steps: 1. Cut the fresh meat slices, mix well with salt and oil and marinate for preparation. Wash and slice the fresh shiitake mushrooms, or cut them into your favorite cross knife. Wash the broccoli and bean sprouts, prepare the seaweed, carrot slices, ginger slices, noodles and set aside.
2. Pour a small amount of water into the pot, blanch the mushrooms and cook, mainly to remove the grassy smell of the mushrooms and the dirt attached to them.
3. After blanching the shiitake mushrooms, then blanch the broccoli until cooked.
4. Blanch both and set aside.
5. Then change to an appropriate amount of new water, boil the noodles in cold water until soft, and put them in a bowl for later use.
6. Remove from the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of water, add ginger slices, carrot slices, seaweed, and meat slices and bring to a boil.
7. Finally, add shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, salt and bean sprouts, and the bean sprouts are cooked after boiling for a few seconds.
8. After boiling again, remove from the pan and fill the bowl.
