Step 3: Pour the liquid into a shallow dish or small bowl, cool to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator, after solidifying, cut it into small pieces with a fruit knife, and eat it with a fruit fork.

Ratio of ice powder, water, pulp and caster sugar:

The ratio of water to ice powder should be grasped well, if there is more water, the ice powder will not be easy to solidify.

Ten grams of ice powder plus 600 ml of water, about 30 grams of rock sugar and about 100 grams of pulp. Rock sugar can be adjusted according to your own taste and fruits with different sweetness, and fruits can also be replaced according to personal or children's preferences.

Due to the lack of toughness of ice powder, if you want to cut it into pieces and eat it with a fork, you need to use a shallow dish with a thickness of about one centimeter. Bowls are more suitable for scooping with a spoon.

The water must be completely boiled, then pour in the ice powder and stir until there are no granules.

If you don't like or can't eat ice, you can leave the liquid at room temperature to solidify.
