Method:
1. First of all, wash the beef, cut it into shredded beef, put it in a bowl after cutting, add salt, light soy sauce and water starch, grasp and mix evenly, add cooking oil to seal the water, and marinate to taste.
2. Wash the bell peppers and green peppers, break them and cut them into shreds.
3. Cut the ginger into shreds, the garlic into minced garlic, and the shallots into green onion segments.
4. Pour oil into the pot, pour in the shredded beef with hot oil, add some cooking wine and stir-fry until cooked, remove it.
5. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the ginger, minced garlic and green onion in the hot oil, add the bell pepper and green pepper and stir-fry until it is broken.
6. Add shredded beef, add salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence and sugar and stir-fry well. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
