Dried tofu back to the pot meat
Ingredients: pork belly, dried tofu, red pepper
Seasoning: cooking oil, salt, ginger, garlic, dried Sichuan pepper, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, bean paste, chicken essence
Preparation:
1. First, scrape and wash the pork belly.
2. Dry clean the tofu and cut into slices, wash the red pepper and cut into pieces, cut the ginger into slices, and cut the garlic into cubes.
3. Add water to the pot, put the pork belly in it, add some ginger slices and cooking wine, cook until freshly cooked, drain the water, and then cut into slices.
4. Pour oil into the pot, after the oil is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry the oil, add ginger slices, garlic granules, bean paste, dark soy sauce, dried Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry until fragrant, add dried tofu and stir-fry for a while, add red pepper and stir-fry until broken, add some salt and chicken essence to taste.
5. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
