How to stir-fry shredded taro

Ingredients Required:

Taro, carrot, green pepper, green onion, garlic, peppercorns, salt, white vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil, cooking oil

1. Peel and shred the taro (don't cut it too finely), and put it in water with a little white vinegar after cutting.

2. Put water in the pot, add a little salt and cooking oil, blanch the shredded taro for one minute after the water boils, remove and set aside.

3. Wash the carrots and green peppers and cut them into shreds; Chopped green onions and garlic slices are also available.

4. Put oil in the pot, add peppercorns and fry until fragrant, remove and do not use. Then add the chopped green onion and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the shredded carrots and stir-fry evenly

Then add the blanched taro shreds, add a little water, and then add an appropriate amount of white vinegar and stir-fry; Then add salt according to personal taste and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add the shredded green peppers, a little chicken essence and sesame oil before cooking.

Stir well and remove from the pan.
