Stir-fried shredded pork with celery
Ingredients: lean pork, celery, red pepper
Seasoning: cooking oil, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, chicken essence, ginger, garlic
Preparation:
1. First, wash the lean meat and cut it into slices, then cut it into shreds.
2. After cutting, put it on a plate, add some salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, water starch and mix evenly, and add cooking oil to seal the water.
3. Wash the celery and cut it into sections, then cut it into thick strips, cut the red pepper into shreds, cut the ginger into shreds, and cut the garlic into minced garlic.
4. Boil the water in the pot, add a little salt and a few drops of cooking oil, pour the celery into it and cook until it is broken, remove and drain.
5. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add shredded ginger and minced garlic to the hot oil, add shredded meat after stir-frying, stir-fry until it changes color, add celery and red pepper shreds and stir-fry, add salt, chicken essence and light soy sauce and stir-fry until it tastes.
6. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
