Crispy pumpkin sticky rice balls
【So ingredients】
250 grams of pumpkin puree, 150 grams of glutinous rice flour, 30 grams of caster sugar, appropriate amount of oil
【How to make】
1 Peel off the skin of the pumpkin, scrape off the naan, cut it into slices or small pieces, and put it in a pot to steam it in water.
2 Take 250g of ripe pumpkin and puree it.
3 Put the glutinous rice flour and caster sugar in a large bowl and mix well.
4 Add the pumpkin puree.
5 Knead into a smooth but non-sticky dough that feels similar to the softness of steamed bread dough.
6 Divide the dough into 10 portions, roll it into a round shape and place it on a baking tray and brush the surface with a thin layer of oil.
7 Put it in the preheated oven, bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
【Tips】
1 Different varieties of pumpkin have different water content, so the ratio of pumpkin puree and glutinous rice flour is not fixed, and the amount should be adjusted according to the actual dryness and wetness of the dough. I used chestnut pumpkin with less water.
2 This dim sum is suitable for eating hot, and the texture is glutinous and chewy. When it gets cold, it will be a little harder.
