Today, I will share a special dish that will go well with my meal, and I will definitely be hungry when I see it.                                               

Braised chicken wings with potatoes

Ingredients: chicken wings, potatoes, salt, cooking oil, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, monosodium glutamate, chili pepper, garlic, ginger, shallots


1. Wash the chicken wings first. Place it on the cutting board and use a knife to make two cuts on the front and back of the chicken wings to make it easier to absorb the flavor.



2. Put the processed chicken wings in a large bowl, add 3 grams of salt, 20 ml of light soy sauce, 5 grams of pepper,

20ml of cooking wine, 10g of oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes.


3. Pour some cooking oil into the pan and heat to low heat, put the chicken wings evenly in the pan, fry until golden brown on both sides, and put them on a plate.

Heat the bottom oil in the pot, turn to low heat, and fry the chopped chili, garlic and ginger in the pot to make it fragrant.

Keep turning during the period to prevent burning, and then put in the chicken wings and stir-fry a few times.


Pour water over the chicken wings, add MSG, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, cover the pot and cook for 8 minutes on high heat, remember to cover the lid, otherwise the meat will be very hard.


4. Put the small pieces of potatoes at the bottom of the casserole, pour some light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, and pour the chicken wings and soup on top of the potatoes.

Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
