Beef and carrots are a perfect match, and children should eat more at school, and my family must make them three times a week




 What I share with you today is the practice of stir-fried beef with carrots, with meat and vegetables, and better absorption of nutrients. Carrots are known as "little ginseng", which has the effect of brightening the eyes and protecting the eyes, enhancing physical fitness, etc., and children often eat some carrots at school to prevent dry eyes and fatigue, and also help to prevent myopia.  


【Stir-fried beef with carrots】

Ingredients: 200 grams of beef; 1 carrot.

Ingredients: 50 grams of peanut oil; salt 3 g; 1 scoop light soy sauce; 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce; 3 tablespoons of cooking wine; cornstarch 1 gram; 1 piece of ginger.

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients first.


Step 2: Remove the fascia of the beef, clean it, cut it into shredded meat, add a small amount of 1 gram of salt and 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, then add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to grasp well, and finally add 1 gram of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of peanut oil to grasp well, marinate for a few minutes. Cooking wine can play a role in removing the smell and enhancing the flavor, cornstarch can make the beef more tender, and peanut oil can lock in the moisture in the beef. The marinated beef in this way is more tender and fragrant when fried, and there is no fishy smell, so adults and children love to eat it.


Step 3: Peel and wash the ginger and carrots, cut into shreds and set aside.


Step 4: Stir-fry the frying ginger until fragrant, then stir-fry the beef until it changes color, and serve.


Step 5: Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the shredded carrots and stir-fry for a while, add salt and stir-fry well.


Step 6: Add the beef mix and stir-fry well, then it can be removed from the pan and served.
