How to make sour and hot shredded radish

Ingredients: 1 white radish, 1 carrot, 1 green pepper, 3 grams of black sesame seeds, 10 grams of green onions, 5 grams of garlic.

Ingredients: 1 star anise, 20 grams of chili noodles, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, half a tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of oil.


In the first step, remove the head and tail of the white radish, clean the white radish and the radish skin together, rub it into a 5 cm long shredded radish with a silk grater, add half a teaspoon of salt to grasp it well, and marinate for 20 minutes. In the fifth step, add the shredded carrots, shredded green peppers and minced garlic to the shredded white radish, add balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, chili oil and an appropriate amount of salt to taste and stir, and finally sprinkle black sesame seeds and mix well, put them on a plate and it's ready.


Tips:

1. Marinate the shredded radish with salt for a while, at least for more than 20 minutes, so that the water in the shredded radish can be pickled out, and then hold it with your hand and squeeze it, and the water will be almost removed, and it will be more refreshing to eat.

2. Fry star anise, green onions, and garlic over low heat to make the aroma of the ingredients completely fried, and the chili oil produced in this way is also more fragrant.

3. Pour the hot oil into the chili noodles, pour it twice, stir with chopsticks when pouring, so that the chili noodles are fully heated evenly, and also avoid fried pepper noodles.
