This is a simple and delicious breakfast cake recipe. There are not many seasonings added, and it tastes naturally refreshing and unburdened. Heavy flavor, homemade dipping sauce can be made.  


【Required Documents】

A handful of spinach, 2 eggs, 80 grams of flour, salt to taste, oil to taste.

【Steps】

1. Wash the spinach. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add a pinch of salt and oil. Blanch the spinach for about a minute. If you have other favorite vegetables, you can change them.


2. Blanch the spinach through water. Soak to cool for a while.


3. Mix two eggs in a bowl and set aside.


4. Put the flour in a bowl and add the egg mixture prepared earlier in small quantities several times. Stir while pouring to minimize batter particles. Stir into a sticky batter.


5. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil and stir until you can't see the oil splashes.


6. Remove the spinach and squeeze the water off it with your hands. Cut it into pieces of about 2 cm with a knife, not too broken, just palatable.


7. Add to batter and stir well.


8. Preheat the pan and brush with oil. Pour in the batter and smooth with a spatula.


9. Close the lid and start blazing over low heat.


10. Turn it over until the edge is solidified, close the lid and continue to burn. If the edges are solidified, they will be turned over, and if they wait until everything is solidified, the bottom should be scorched.


11. Turn it over several times until golden brown on both sides.


12. After it is not hot, cut it into any pieces, you can make a dipping sauce and eat it, and it is also delicious to eat directly.


Tips:

1. The batter is very thick, and pulling up the batter will draw the wire, and if it is in a low state, it will be too thin.

2. When burning, look at the point, don't burn too much, so as not to burn.
