Tomato sauce pork ribs, fragrant and tender, full of salty fragrance and slightly sour at the same time, warm the stomach and rice.

[Ingredients required]: ribs, tomatoes

[Required accessories]: eggs, shallots, ginger, starch, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, soybean paste, sugar, salt

——Start making——

Step 1: Chop the ribs into small pieces, then soak them in water for 10 minutes to soak in the blood water. Because this method does not blanch, it should be soaked, and if it is blanched, it is not necessary.

Step 2: Slice the ginger and cut the shallots into sections.

Step 3: Cut the tomatoes with a cross-shaped knife at one end, then put them in a bowl and blanch them with boiling water to peel off the skin.

Step 4: Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.

Step 5: Mix a bowl of sauce, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoon of soybean paste, a little dark soy sauce, a little sugar and an appropriate amount of salt to a small bowl, stir well and set aside.

Step 6: After the ribs are soaked, control the water, then beat an egg into the ribs, mix well, and let each rib evenly coat the egg mixture.

Step 7: Add a tablespoon of starch to the ribs and grasp well for later use.

Step 8: Boil a little cooking oil in a pot, fry the pork ribs until golden brown on both sides, put them in a bowl, add the seasoned sauce, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 9: Pour the chopped tomato cubes into the bottom of the rice cooker, then spread a few more slices of ginger on top, pour in the marinated pork ribs, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 10: When the time is up, stir it up, simmer for another 10 minutes, and finally sprinkle some green onions to get out of the pot.

Tips

One: If you don't want to eat too greasy, you can don't fry the ribs and then marinate them, just marinate them directly after soaking in water.

Two: You don't need to add water when you cook it at the end, because the tomatoes themselves have a lot of water, and there is also a sauce for marinating the ribs, and the rice cooker doesn't need water, so you don't have to worry about boiling it dry at all. If you use a regular pot, it is best to add water, otherwise it will dry after a long time.
