3. And a soft glutinous rice dough.
Take a small amount of glutinous rice flour, put it in a bowl, and cut in some chopped red dates, because red dates and glutinous rice flour are a perfect match.

When adding water, be sure to add a small amount of water, otherwise you will regret it.
4. Take a little glutinous rice flour dough and knead it into a thin strip.
Place on top of the carrot slices and roll them up.
Because the water was scalded before, when rolled up, the carrot was soft and easy to handle.
