Frozen tofu is made from frozen fresh tofu, which has many pores, good elasticity, rich nutrition, and delicious taste. There are many delicacies that can be made with frozen tofu.
Today, I used tomatoes with frozen tofu to make a delicious meal for my family, and I will share my production method below:
1. Add an appropriate amount of water to the frozen tofu, let it thaw, thaw well, wash it several times, and dry the water.
2. Beat three eggs into a bowl and stir thoroughly.
3. Pour the stirred egg mixture into the tofu, mix well, and try to coat each piece of tofu with a layer of egg liquid.
4. Slice the washed tomatoes and set aside, then prepare the minced garlic and chopped green onions.
5. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, pour in the egg mixture, fry until one side is set, then turn over and fry until golden brown on both sides.
6. Stir-fry a little and set aside.
7. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, pour in the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry.
8. Stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft, then add the fried tofu. Add salt, light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, stir evenly, and simmer for 3 minutes.
9. Add an appropriate amount of starch water, fry until the soup is viscous, then sprinkle with chopped green onions, and stir evenly to get out of the pot.
