Steps:

Note:

1. Mastering the ratio of milk and starch is the key, and the milk paste cooked by mastering the ratio is viscous and easier to cool and shape;

2. It is best to use cornstarch, because cornstarch has the best color and looks better when fried;

3. Cut the frozen milk jelly into small pieces, the process should be fast to avoid melting the water;
