Chicken wings, green onions, ginger, Orleans marinade, cooking wine


method

1. Thaw and clean a pound of chicken wing roots, and drain the water.


2. Put the chicken wings in a ziplock bag and add 40g of Orleans barbecue marinade, a small amount of green onion and ginger slices and two spoons of cooking wine.


3. Expel the air, seal the bag, and give the chicken wings a full massage to mix the seasonings evenly. Place the bag flat in the refrigerator and marinate for an hour or two, turning the dough once in between.


4. Pour all the contents of the bag into the inner bowl of the rice cooker, open the simmering rice setting, and directly clip it out and put it on the plate.

 Tips:

1. The same method can be replaced with chicken wings, chicken legs, etc., I use non-spicy Orleans marinade, most of the Orleans marinade is spicy, if you have children at home, you must see it clearly.

2. Marinating meat in a fresh-keeping bag is more flavorful than a basin or bowl, and it doesn't matter if you put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate and marinate it and forget the time, it will be more flavorful to marinate for a while, and you are not afraid of deterioration.
