Today, when I made the pot meat for my family, I added some potatoes, both meat and vegetarian, a piece of potatoes and a piece of meat, and my family called it delicious.
Here's how I made it:
1. Put the washed pork belly into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water and ingredients (green onions, ginger slices, peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves) and simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Prepare green peppers, minced garlic, shredded ginger and green onions.
4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, pour in the meat slices in the hot pan with cold oil, fry while frying, and fry until slightly browned.
5. Fry the green onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
6. Add the potato slices until they are broken, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, bean paste, sugar, and thirteen spices and stir-fry evenly.
Return to the pot meat to do this, delicious and flavorful, there are meat and vegetarian, special food to satisfy cravings!
